Which firmness should I pick?
If you sleep on your side and like to sink into the bed, take the Lux. If you sleep on your back and want a firm surface under you, take the Pro. If you're somewhere in between, take the Signature. And if you get it wrong, you have thirty days to swap it free.
Can I return it for a refund instead?
No — the 24 line is exchange only. Once a mattress has been slept on it can't be resold, so we exchange rather than refund.
What if the mattress gets stained or damaged?
An exchange needs the mattress in perfect condition — no stains, tears, burns, pet damage or odour. It takes one spill, so use the mattress protector from the bundle from the moment it arrives.
Do you take away my old mattress?
Yes, free, and we install the new one at the same time. The driver carries it in, places it on your bed, and takes the old one away.
What comes in the free gift bundle?
Two La Carezza pillows, four bamboo cooling pillowcases and a mattress protector — plus the lifetime refill guarantee on the pillows. Included with every Signature 24, and the sizes always match the mattress you ordered.
How do I know it won't sag?

Thirty days to decide
From the day it's delivered, you have thirty days to tell us the firmness isn't right. After that the 10-year guarantee still covers sagging and manufacturing faults, but the comfort exchange has closed.
One exchange, free
Your first swap costs nothing — we deliver the replacement and collect the original in the same visit. A second or further exchange is possible, but delivery and handling fees may apply.
Exchange, not refund
The 24 line cannot be returned for money back. You swap it for another mattress in the range and pay or receive the difference in price.
It has to come back in perfect condition
No stains, marks, tears, burns, pet damage or odour. A mattress with any of these cannot be exchanged — there is nothing we can do with it afterwards.
So use the protector
A waterproof protector comes in the free gift bundle and it is the single thing that keeps your exchange available. Put it on the day the mattress arrives, before the first night.
In one line: thirty days, one free swap, no refunds, and it must come back clean — so put the protector on immediately.
